Sportacular vs espn scorecenter

Which do you prefer? For me right now they are in a dead heat. I hate the ads in both. They both seem to update pretty quick. And I don't absolutely love either ui. Espn does have a service that runs in the background which I dislike. Thoughts?

Try ScoreMobile - after trying them all, I prefer it to either of those. More fine-grained alert options, it's very highly configurable.

Sportacular, because it doesn't run in the background when not used unlike the ESPN crap app

Score mobile just looks out dated.

I would go: I use score mobile alot
1.) Score Mobile
2.) Espn
3.) Sportacular

Sportacular for me because of the quick alerts, highly customizable, doesnt run in the background.

I actually have both, ESPN is easier to read news on, but Sportacular is better for alerts and checking scores. The only gripe I have with it is that when the notification goes off, the LED is just solid red.
Why did Samsung have to make access to the LED light so difficult?

I like sportacular, but the only sport I care for is basketball so if that's what you're following NBA game time is my favorite

Does anyone know why Sportacular and Scoremobile both need location permissions? I've been using Fox sports because it doesn't need any weird permissions and doesn't keep starting itself like ESPN Scorecenter.
