Is there a way to reply texts from your PC?
I know I can do it with Kies Air, but is there another way to do it?

Check out AirDroid, it's a pretty slick app that can do that.

You can also use your email, every carrier has their own, I believe AT&T is :
1234567890@txt.att.net
