What is the best, free application to block unwanted texts and calls from a specific number and to report spam? Thanks, I am 70 years old and NO techno-geek.

I just log onto my Sprint account and block it from there.

Think theres one called blacklist but doesnt the s3 have these built in yet??
I use 3rd party Sms and Dialer app so im not sure...

Go sms pro and reverse lookup can block sms as well as block calls or make them go to ur voice mail automatically

Not to thread jack here, but im not sure if this is a GOSMS issue, which im using, but my sms notifications just randomly stopped working. No sound. No vibrate.

All settings indicate the contrary. Anyone else having this issue?

Yep, I'd say this is the best way to go...no app to add and no app issues with possibly not working.
