I'm using ES File Explorer. Can someone tell me what these are?

• /mnt/sdcard
• /mnt/extSdCard
• /sdcard

I think the first one is the phone's internal memory and the second is my SDCard I bought. But if that's the case, what is the third one then?

You're correct about the first two - the third one is just a symbolic link to the first one (ie /sdcard = /mnt/sdcard). So you'll see exactly the same contents in both views.
