K i extracted it to desktop using winirar as you can see but when i try to run it i get that msg in middle (hope pics ok, no flash)
Ideas?

I'm not infront of my PC but I can try and help. Where did you DL it? Have you tried extracting it with 7Zip?

Try this link instead and extract it with 7Zip (it's free, just Google it).
