Will CM10 and others get split-screen?

since CM works mostly off AOSP, a guess is 6 months.

There are proprietary libraries that Samsung uses so that they cannot just "copy" the code, they have to develop it. That means it will not come in a minor update but a major leap

Cant they just kinda deconstruct the samsung firmware and steal the code lol or is it not that easy?
Think split screen will become aosp? Could sammy SUE google if it did?

If they have the patent they could sue. Reverse engineering is not that a big a deal, but stealing code brings risks. I think it will be there sooner or later. But it will be awhile.

Damn samsung innovation.
I have the "motion" featureres turned off, dont use smart-stay or any of the S-features, this is all id use.
Think its too much for an .APK to handle?
