Help! S memo doesn't work on my Samsung S3 after III upgrading to Android 4.1.1

S memo doesn't work on my Samsung S3 after III upgrading to Android 4.1.1. I have lots of notes saved with S memo, anyone can help? please!

The only thing I could suggest is that you clear the app's data and cache but that would wipe your notes. Were you syncing the notes with your Google or Samsung account by any chance? You may be able to retrieve them through those channels if you were.

Maybe try backing it up to kies, clear data and then restore but as Jaj says, you could lose the lot.
Can u find the folder/files s-memo uses and open it from that usin a file explorer?

I had the same problem. I had to clear the data. I think the memos sync to either Google Drive or to Samsung, depending on your settings.

I had the same issue with mine. I got the forceclose error everytime I went to use it. I had to do a reset on my phone in order to get it to work. It wasn't an issue as I backup my data and pictures on a regular basis anyways so it was a nice clean start to the upgrade. :)

S memos also backup to Evernote.
