What are you using to sync? Exchange? Kies?
Just a test to see if it's working???
This sounds stupid but I only click on Sync in the phone and don't know which it is using. I just assumed it was the Android Operating System.

Make sure your saving events to a Gmail account in the calendar and not "my calendar"Quote:

I was having a similar problem and found that when I started a new calendar event that at the top of that screen was an option for Calendar. I had to set this to my Google email address rather than a Samsung Calendar. As soon as I made this change my appointments created from the phone started showing up online. I am not sure if this has to be done each time an event is created or not since I only discovered this a few hours ago.
Apparently when the JB update came down something changed this setting. Hope this helps.

Yep, the calendar is just like contacts. You can have calendar events (or contacts) stored on the phone itself or synced to an account. If you choose the phone, then it's like it's own database stored only on the phone and doesn't sync anywhere. But if you add them to the Google calendar, they'll sync over to your PC (well, to Google Calendar which you can then view on the PC).
When you create an event, you can pick which calendar to create the event on. I think once you choose a calendar to create an event on, it defaults to that until you change it again.
Of course, make sure in your Accounts and Sync settings that you have the calendar set to sync for your Google Account.
Do you have to Sync each time or soes it do it automatically???
If you choose your gmail address when you make your calendar entry, it will automatically sync.

I must be doing this wrong. My phone says it is set to sync with google calendar in my gmail account in Accounts and Sync. I added an event in My Calendar. I added the same event a second time and check my gmail account instead. Neither got pushed through to Google Calendar.
I am new to Google Calendar but I think I have it set up right. Any thoughts?
Oh, and Google Calendar will not sync with my Mac Air running OS X Mountain Lion. Such ls life...

'My Calendar' is the local phone account, it doesn't sync. When you create an event on the phone make sure to pick the google account for the calendar.
