Hey! My phone is locked to ORO(Orange Romania) carrier. Is there any way to to change the phone's locked carrier to the international one? I wanna do this because of the new 4.1.2 jelly bean update. It may take a while (1 month) till it comes for ORO. That's why i'm concerned, it took some time for the previous update to roll out...
