Screen flickering/Bad redraws after JB from Verison - Anyone else?

Got JB on Friday morning. Since then I have some screen flickering bad rewriting several times a day. Usually when I am switching from one screen to another. Like from the Home Screen to the Contact List, or from something else to the Home Screen. If I do something to change the screen it usually goes away. Anyone esle have this issue?

Currently running; Nova Launcher, Lux, NFC thing, Tasker. Wondering if I should uninstall these. Yes I have restated a couple of times.

Same here, when I slide back and forth on the home screen between pages, the screen flickers rapidly between the two.

And for the record, I brought it back to bell, who then sent it off for repairs, and it came back with the same issue.
