Galaxy S3 Update issue

I have got a galaxy S3 32 GB from SFR (France).... Now I moved to UAE and cannot update my phone from ICS to Jelly bean... does any body have idea to help solve this problem...

I thought that Kies was supposed to allow you to deliver firmware updates to the phone? Have you tried using a PC with Kies to accomplish the upgrade?
