I have two clockwork folders, one on the internal SD and one on the external SD. My nandroids have always save to the external card. I use ROM Manager too and save those backups to external as well.
On my nexus, somehow I have no backups in one cmw folder, but in a another part of my sd card I have a cmw and twrp backup
Sent from my Google Nexus 7 running aokp 4.1.2, because there is no PacMan rom for the nexus :(
You can designate where to save: SD (internal) or External SD. Remember that there are 2 folders that comprise a backup: "Backup" & "Blobs"
Blobs lol?Quote:

Keep both folders and do not delete anything, this is your "Nandroid" backup. The "Backup" folder should be about 20MB in size, the "Blobs" folder should be about 1.5GB in size.Quote:

On my Nexus 7, the location is Android/obb/clockworkmod/backup
