How about Call Rejection in Settings when on your Call screen?

Re: Selecting Who to accept calls from
If you have JB, you can do this with Blocking Mode, in settings, with no 3rd party software.
PLEASE, when asking for help provide as much information as possible. Otherwise, it's like calling your doctor and saying "My head hurts." Your doctor can't treat you unless he knows whether you have a headache or a concussion, and we can't help unless we know what the symptoms are and what you did before they occurred.

Re: Selecting Who to accept calls from
The Blocking function in Android will do that. You can block all calls, all calls except those in your contact list, or all calls except for specific contacts that you choose. I have mine set so that during sleep time it only allows calls from family members, a few specific friends and neighbors, and certain doctors.
