Lost all Syncs

I have lost all the syncs on my Galaxy S3. The Samsung sync never worked and the samsung backup does not work. My email syncs and calendar syncs have always worked until recently. They worked after installing JB but have since stopped. In settings it says they are disabled but all are turned on in the individual email acct settings. My carrier is US Cellular if that might make a difference. Help! I'd rather not do a reset but...

Problem solved. Found a sync setting in the Contact settings that trumped all other sync settings.
