Go to application manager then press the option button (the button on the left side of ur home button) then presss reset. Helped to solve the problem on my s3 ;)

From any Home screen, press the Menu button (the little lighted button to the left of the physical button on the front of the phone), select Settings, scroll down to Application manager.
