Samsung account- "experiencing problems, will be back shortly " message.

Ok, for months now, when I try to sync my Samsung account it tells me the above message....anyone else getting this? Not my Google Account, the Samsung one.
Anyone know how I can fix it?

Think it's a Samsung software issue. Started getting it after Jelly Bean update. Called Samsung & went all the way to Level 3 tech. Wiped phone multiple times. Nothing worked. Even went to AT&T store to flash the ROM, as Samsung suggested. No luck. All of a sudden two weeks ago, it started syncing again. Then it stopped for about a week. Then it synced last night. I give up! Hope 4.1.2 will fix it. We'll see.

There's always the option to back up data to Kies. I don't sync anything important to the Samsung account because of tgis problem, but I have a C-pen & I use S Memo as a sticky note sometimes. I particularly like how you can long press on a calendar date to add not only a note but also a yellow "flag" on the date. I use it as a visual reminder of an upcoming unusual event.
