So for some odd reason this has happened various times now, Galaxy S3 seems to sometimes connect to the XBOX 360 randomly.
Sometimes when on the Galaxy S3 viewing pictures, the phone seems to connect to the XBOX 360 and boots off anybody using it in the house. And what ever pictures the galaxy is displaying appear on the XBOX 360.

Is there any way to stop this?? Bluetooth on the Galaxy is off, so no idea how it keeps connecting. It has happened a few times, any suggestions appreciated!

Wireless and networks under settings. Then go to near by sharing. Uncheck file sharing.

If that's not it i think it has to do with wifi direct. So go to wifi. Then wifi direct. Then click stop.

My wife's phone is doing the same thing but all wifi direct, NFC tethering, beam s beam and dlna file shareing is turned off but still some how connects to xbox when viewing pictures without any kind of prompt or ok to do it. Does anyone know how to correct and stop this beside turning off wifi?

Check xbox settings. I think you can turn ability for it to connect to devices off.
