I got my update last night 2/3 over the WF - I have an issue and before following the last suggestion from the support chat to master reset, i keep getting the pop ups saying android.process.media has stopped and process com google.process gaaps has stopped. Has any experienced this and have a known fix? BTW Kies windows use to work on my PC but since the upgrade it is useless. I have reloaded it severval time but it still does not communicate with the upgrade phone. My daughter has the same problem with the S2.
