    Default Samsung Galaxy S3 - Update not available

    My samsung S3 did not update to date... I still have the 4.0.4 version.

    Kies always give me this warning. Why Does Kies say your current firmware does not supported upgrading via kies

    I live in Malta

    The following is the information of my smartphone:
    Baseband Version: I9300DXLE8
    AP: I9300XXALE9
    CP: I9300DXLE8
    CSC: I9300OJVALE9
    the phone is not locked

    Hope that anyone can help please!!!

    Uninstall Kies first. I also uninstalled the driver for the phone as well. I am not sure if that was required or not.

    Then, Download the latest version from Samsung and reinstall. This worked for me when I had the same issue.
