Well I have my brightness set to 25% while in the web app my screen is a lot darker then while messing around,with my home.screen
it only does it on the stock one I have download crome amd the brightness stays the same

and how do I get the tap to top work like the iPhone's

Under display, there's an option to "Auto adjust screen tone." Is that checked? Do you have any of the Power Save options turned on?

and how do I get the tap to top work like the iPhone's

Settings/motion/check double tap to top. it only works in email/email messages and contacts
