Just rooted phone; now what?

I have CM10 and like it and don't plan on changing ROMs. What I wanna know is what apps should I install, what features and things should I tweak and change and overall what you recommend me doing now.

Why did you root your phone? Is it because you wanted free tethering; because you disliked TouchWiz; because you wanted to experiment with other ROMs; because you wanted to remove bloatware - what?
Depending on your answers, you may actually be done - having loaded CM10, just use the phone as a phone and you're done.
If there's some aspect of CM10 that you're not happy with, let us know what you're looking for and perhaps someone can make a suggestion.
