I saw this on someones post before but the answer was: since it was installed as delivered you shouldn't have any problems. Well, mine came with the S3 too, but that's the message I get when I touch START. That answer doesn't help. This app looks like just what I want to use on occasion, so really would like to figure out how to use it. Thanks to whomever can shed some light on a perplexed new user.

Uh, have you actually created a Samsung account? You know, using something like their Media Hub or appstore? (I'd give you specifics but I just loaded an AOSP ROM so I don't have any of that stuff easily accessible - sorry.)
And do you have one of the Allshare Play dongles? (I was under the impression that you had to have a dongle in order for the software to be of any use.)

GSder us correct about tha samsung account setup u can go to settings> accounts> add account. Then add a samsung account I have a dongle and it works great
