Random rebooting? Please help!

Hello, for some reason my s3 will reboot while I'm using it. It happens randomly, usually a few days apart. It just started a week ago. I've narrowed it down to ram usage, but I don't know what is using up all this ram. Its only happening after I upgraded to jelly bean. Anybody else having this problem? I've un-installed some recently installed apps hoping it was one of them that was causing the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Remove all apps and return them one by one until you find the culprit.

I finally found the problem, it was a samsung push service update I did. Thanks!
