Default Smart Alarm Causing Two Alarms

I'm not sure if I changed something by accident... but I've been using Smart Alarm for a while. For those who don't know... Smart Alarm plays a more relaxing alarm tone a few minutes before your actual alarm so you can wake up more gently.

Previously what would happen is... Smart Alarm would come on 3 minutes before the regular alarm... and if I dismissed/closed the smart alarm sound... then that would be it... there would be no alarm that morning. Now however... I will silence the smart alarm... but then the regular alarm still comes on again after!

How do I make it like before where if I dismissed the smart alarm... then the other alarm tone would not come on a few minutes after?

I'm not familiar with Smart Alarm. Have you tried contacting the developer?

In the meantime, I'd try clearing cache and data for the app. Or just uninstall it and re-install it, and see what happens.

Then try clearing the clock apps cache and data.
