after replacing screen galaxy s3 . help!

I had my samsung galaxys s3's screen replaced but now there is a glue-like spot in the middle where it Is very sensitive. When pressed down slightly hard on that area the whole screen freezes but as soon as I lock and unlock it will work fine again. I don't know what's going on is the screem touching the digilizer ? I pressed down on that area its as is I were pressing the diglizer its self it makes a mark behind the screen as if I were touching a laptop screen but then goes away.

If you paid someone to replace the screen, visit, call or email them and tell them they screwed up (but more politely) and they need to fix it.
