Please try removing Viber, wait 24 hours, reinstall and try again (make sure you try both the SMS and the automated call options). You may also try to register to Viber through a few different WiFi networks.

In addition, you may try to register to Viber with a different number (for example - your home landline number, a friend's number, etc.), in order to determine whether the problem is specific with your number, or a general one.

* If it still fails, please specify what country you're located in, and which cellular network you are subscribed to.

Please go to More tab, then Settings. There, you should be able to find "Free reply with Viber" option.

1. First, please try uninstalling and reinstalling Viber when connecting to a few different WiFi networks (in order to pinpoint the source of the problem). What are the results?
2. Also, please make sure the following ports are enabled ("forwarded") on your routers or firewalls:
TCP: 5242 + 4244
UDP: 5243 + 9785

(if you are not sure how to enable ports, you may contact your router manufacturer or your Internet Service Provider)

* If it still fails, please specify what country you're located in, and which cellular network you're subscribed to.

What device do you have? Which version of Android?

What country are you located in? What is the format (structure) of your phone number?

Currently, Viber utilizes your phone's main settings for volume and vibration, so if you want to change anything in Viber, you should change the settings of your phone itself. In the future, we plan to add settings that are specific only to Viber, and when we have about this we will publish it officially.

Whenever I make a call with viber it rings but when the next person receives, the call fails so happens when some body calls me. It says hide call back .its really weird. I have installed 3 times and even activated my account after deactivation but problem is still there.

I have installed my Viber on Galaxy S3 and Icon diplayed at desktop. I can send sms through Viber, but when I try to make call, it rings once and then indicates "call failed". I have noted that the Viber Icon is also not displayed in the option Mobile, Setting and account.

Please guide me how to proceed further.

For some days now my Viber app has not been letting me do my free international calls from IT to Canada. The prompter says it is disconnected or blocked. It never said this before and I have full range at work when trying to call. I have no clue what to do! Help!

Hi,

We had a temporary glitch with our servers today, but all should be back and running now.
Please try to restart your Viber app, and try again. Does the problem persist?

As I mentioned, it's been days now that this has been going on. More than a week..

I deleted the App and reinstalled it and it still is not functioning, it won't even sync my contacts!

I can't get my contacts sync since I reinstalled my Viber. Only few of them shows as a Viber user. I know more than 2 of my friends use Viber. How I can get them back?

So my boyfriend and I just downloaded this app. He's overseas and has a Slovenia number and I'm from the US. I added him under my contacts, but it's still not registering that he has the app even though he does. Are we missing a step?

The source of this issue could greatly vary. Please read this short page in our HelpDesk, outlining some possible workarounds that will help reboot synchronization of the contact list: Android: Contact list is not showing your friends as Viber users?

i cant get my activation code in my viber in s3, if someone can help me it will gonna be great..i have been tryed a lot but my activation code didnt come to my sms and either the phone call..Can someone send me an activation code pleasee
