i have a problem wiz ma google play store

i have a rooted s3....
google play store cannot open definitely it crashes and close just after open it
i search for sloutions some say enable download manager in app manager but i cannot find it under tab "all"
i think i deleted it by mistake
how can i get it work again

In applications try clearing the cache and re logging in.

There are numerous possible solutions and I'm not going to rehash them here - just do a search for this problem in the forums and you'll find a likely answer.
It's unlikely that you deleted the Download Manager

but since you're rooted it's not impossible - if that's really the case then that's your problem and unless you know what you're doing you'll have to reload your firmware to fix the problem.
