galaxy s3 net10 data problem

Hi when I updated my galaxy s3 to 4.3 jelly bean and added the apn from net10 it worked till I removed simcard to import contact data stopped working again even when I put the same apn any help?

You reinserted the SIM card?
I guess I'm puzzled as to why you needed to remove the SIM to import your contacts...anyway, once you reinserted the SIM and insured you had the correct APN, mobile data should work.
