Galaxy S3 - Caller ID, Phone, Contacts app(s) not working correctly

A week or so ago, the Caller ID bloatware disappeared from my phone. I did not subscribe to the app after the trial period ended, and I had functioning Caller ID before the app was ever installed. But after it disappeared, the Caller ID stopped working, so everyone who calls shows up as Unknown. To make matters worse, I just got the Jelly Bean update and now my Contacts App is basically useless too. Painfully slow trying to connect contacts, and when in the Contacts view of the Phone feature, it doesn't list my contacts at all. Any insights on what could be causing this and/or a fix?
