samsung galaxy tab 3 cant use apps!!!

when i try and go on kindle i cant get internet and when i click on my books they disappear. and also cant get on other apps such as ebay YouTube facebook ect says no connection. but for some reason i can still go on the internet like on chrome how can i fix this and what is wrong with it?

I would try clearing cache in recovery. It may help.
