Hi there i am currently on Android 4.3Based version XXUGMK6

EVER since the first based version software update XXUGMJ9 AND PATCHED REPAIRED SOFTWARE XXUGMK6

MY battery goes substancially down even if i have powersaving mode
use nova launcher
force close apps
brightness 0
Silent or sound on

butttt whenever data mode OFFF battery is not consumed as much.... ie nightime it consumes 8-10% from 100%

Within now the last 3 and a half hours its consumed up to 53% down now wtfffff

I have no doubt that you're correct, since no one switched out your phone hardware when you weren't looking.

Unfortunately, the best approach to solving battery issues involves data gathering. You should post the three screenshots from Settings -> Battery

You can also post the Radio Details screenshot from GSam Battery Monitor Pro: http://market.android.com/details?id=com.gsamlabs.bbm.pro (there's also a free version).

And you should use tools like

to try to identify which apps are causing the phone to stay awake when it should be sleeping, or which ones may be unnecessary for you, in which case you can disable them (if possible).

If you haven't already done so, you should perform a Factory Reset and clear the system cache in Recovery mode.
