help, I deleted my OS on Galaxy S3

Ok phone gurus, I need serious help... I accidentally deleted my OS... I have a rooted sprint gs3 that was on android 4.1.2... I was attempting to flash this rom, Synergy-S3_19Apr13_1622_r484_s, and i deleted my OS. Is there any way to recover from this?

You can try flashing a stock ROM, but I'm not sure that'll help. Only thing I can think of :-\

you should be able to flash the rom. If u need to get back to the os u deleted, and dont have a back up, then no u cant get it back. if you want stock os back, follow this

since you are not on 4.3 u will be fine.
