Samsung Galaxy S3 Kies Syncing Problem

My phone will no longer sync with Kies. I am trying to upload a film to watch which is in Kies but it won't transfer. Previously this has worked fine. Does anyone have any ideas? I have reinstalled 'My Free Codec' which is the message in the popup, and restarted my computer, but nothing seems to help!

What 'sync' behavior are you referring to? The only sync capability I recall was the ability to sync with Outlook.

Are you able to sync your detailed daily calendar from Outlook to your Samsung. I'm having no luck.
