Static noises in Galaxy S3's recordings?

I recently have noticed that if I make a video record or sound record in a silent room, the sound come out very much in static while it should be no sound at all. The recorded sound is like 1 and the statics is like 10. This also affects apps like Midomi, Shazam, .. My S3 is running cyanogenmod 10 , I confirmed this issue with another Touchwiz.

Has there been any fix for this issue ?
