If you have been using this phone for a while then its normal. the battery is starting to wear off.

thats true with any phones these day. you might see a drop for even 10% but that's after using the same phone for years

It's perfectly normal for the battery level to drop a percent or two right after you take it off the charger. Don't worry about it.
