Emergency mode!!!

Hi! So my device has gone into emergency mode and I want to recover it. I tried using Samsung Kies but it doesn't recognise my device to give me the recovery code! Can anyone help here please?

I hope someone can explain what emergency mode is. I have never heard of it.

It's when actually something goes wrong when installing firmware on your phone!

Do you mean that it's showing the lockscreen where it'll only allow you to make emergency calls?

Or is it showing the screen with the Android guy laying down?

Can you boot into Recovery mode or Download mode?
(Note that sometimes Kies will show that it can't connect to the device but it will still allow you to reload the firmware using 'Firmware update and initialisation' in the Tools menu.)

It doesn't even reload to be in the locksreen and there is not an android guy laying down either. This is what it shows up :
Also I can't boot into recovery or download mode !

Sorry, if it won't boot into Download mode then I don't have any suggestions for you, other than to stop by a Best Buy or Samsung Service Centre.
