Why won't my S3 power on?

S3 will not power on

S3 will not power on at all. Not even holding the power, home and volume buttons.
When plugged in it shows outs charging, even shows a full battery but still won't. I have changed batteries putting in a brand new one.
What could be causing this and how do I fix it? What new parts do I need to get it going again?

Welcome to the forums. It may be a damaged hardware component, say like that part of the motherboard is damaged.
