My Samsung Galaxy S3 neo S view cover not working!!

After putting this cover nothing is showing on the screen even after changing in Accessories setting.

Welcome to Android Central! So when you open the cover, the screen doesn't turn on at all? Are you folding the cover back all the way? If so, the magnet in the cover that activates the smartcover sensor (and therefore makes the screen turn off) might be too strong, and is still activating the sensor even when folded all the way back behind the phone.
