Why doesn't my S3 connect to any wifi only saves it?

my S3 doesn't connect to any wi-fi only saves it.

Hello Android Central People, how is everyone?
I'm having a Problem with the wi-fi connection on my Samsung Galaxy S3 Sprint,
when I try to connect to any wi-fi doesn't matter if its Secured or Open it won't connect,
it only saves the Wi-Fi. When it has a password it appears like Saved, Secured and just saved when its open... the only way I can get it to work is being really close to the Router.. I have tried almost everything.
anyone knows what it can be?

Things I have Tried::::

-Reseting my phone.
-Resetting the Router. (its not a router problem though...)
-Changing some settings on my Phone and Router.
-Connect it with other Wi-fi connections.
-Dialing #0011#
-Leaving my phone Shut for a day.
-Downloading Wifi Fixer
-FACTORY RESSETING IT.
