I need to reset my phone. I want to save all my apps. What's the best way to do this?

Back up all the apps (I use App Backup & Restore. If you want to back up the apps' data, use Helium (you'll need a PC id the phone isn't rooted, because Helium has to get some data from a file you have to download to the PC [or laptop]). Then reset. Then restore whatever apps you want. Then restore their data. (You can't restore the data if the app that uses that data isn't installed.)

The reason I use AB&R to back up the apps is that you don't have to install it from the Play Store after the reset. Just find the AB&R apk file (the backup of the backup app), tap it and it'll install. (Any apk file will install if you find it in a file manager and tap it. Helium also backs up apps, but you have to install Helium before you can restore any of them - you can't restore helium from its own backup.)
