Screen keeps doing crazy stuff

Hi I have acquired a s3 with a minor problem the screen sometimes becomes unresponsive I have master reset but you only need to press the power botton to turn the screen off and press It again and screen works when the screen sticks the bottom bottons work but just haveing to press power botton and typing in password all the time is really getting annoying
