Why won't my phone turn on, it is stuck on the Samsung logo?

my phone wont turn on it stucks on samsung logo?

i tired to root my samsung galaxy s3 & something went wrong and when i tried to factory reset odin mode starts & says couldn't do normal boot.
When i tired to open my phone it stuks on the samsung logo.
So, please anyone can help me

Try to boot the phone in recovery mode using the below steps.
Turn the phone off
Press and hold Volume UP and Home (centre) button
Press Power until the phone vibrates
Wait until you see the Android logo then release all the buttons.
With the power keys go to "reboot system now" and then press power button.
The phone will restart.

If you still experience the issue, it is firmware issue and contact local store to reflash it.

i tried that but odin mode starts & a andriod guy comes says couldn't do normal boot
