Accidentally deleted all my contracts

Hello everyone, as the title says I accidentally deleted all my contracts on Samsung Galaxy s3 Android version 4.3. I tried using 3rd party application such as Wondershare one. I cannot provide a link since i'm a new member, but google it and you can find it if you wish to.

Anyways, I installed the software and enabled USB Debugging but on the "Identify your device" tab it does not seem to connect with my PC thus not displaying the RSA key fingerprint and I don't know the reason why.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I assume you meant "contacts", not "contracts". Go to Google Contacts, click More, click Restore contacts (you'll be redirected to the old page, where you'll have to do the same thing again - More/Restore contacts) and you can restore any Google contacts deleted within the last 30 days.

If they weren't Google contacts, they're just gone. (Which is why all contacts should be Google contacts. Storing contacts on the phone or the SIM card are 10 year old technology.)

So as a Rukbat said google contacts are your best bet, good luck! Next time always sync it with your google account.
