install startup manager and stop unnecessary apps from startup. if it is not working then go to service centre.

Yes there is a recall on samsung galaxy s3. No where sells them anymore. An lots of things are wrong with them. Certains apps won't download or aren't compatible. Can you get a free upgrade??
