samsung galaxy s3 freezes at the samsung galaxy s3 gt 19300 logo help!!!
so i just woke up and decided to watch some youtube and the moment i tapped on a video it froze. The whole thing froze so i waited for a couple of minutes but it wouldnt do anything. it wouldnt turn itself off with the power button so i took out the battery and put it back in hoping it would fix it. But now it keeps freezing on the model number logo and wont do anything. I tried booting in recovery mode. The first time it worked and it showed an android laying on its back and i got all sorts of red text on the screen. I do not exactly remember what it all said but it said things like: Failed to....cache Failed to...system. so i was on the internet already and someone said: do a cache reset and wipe it. So i did that and now that logo just keeps coming back when i try to get it into recovery or download mode.. Can someone please help me?
