I tried to Factory Reset my Samsung S3 i747m today, but in the middle of the process it got stuck in a boot loop. So I removed the battery (the device did not turn on by itself after that) and turned it on again. It always comes back to the same boot loop at the Samsung screen. I have tried to follow the advice on this forum, but nothing has worked.
When I press Vol Up+Power+Home it only restarts the phone, but I don't get the Android screen. When I just press Vol Up+Home nothing happens.
My phone is not rooted, the battery is fine & Original, the phone was great for 2 years. This all came about when I initiated the Factory Reset from the Settings menu. I had to manually terminate the Factory Reset when it became stuck on the Samsung screen (Boot Loop) going on an hour. Please Help! Thanks a bunch.

PS: I also removed both the battery & SIM card multiple times for prolonged periods. I also lightly thumped the phone on a hard surface as some recommended.
