Problems with application management and storage use!

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo GT9301i, non rooted.
Since a few months I have a problem with deleting my cache and cleaning up some apps.
When I go to settings > application management, my mobile can't say how much memory every single app used. When i click on one of the apps, the only thing he said is 'calculating...' This stays behind the memory usage of the app.
The same problem happens when I go to settings > storage. Again after every category stays 'calculating...'
After I checked the storage usage, a few minutes later, my samsung restarts itself to the lock screen (every time!). He skips the sim card screen.
Does anyone recognize this problem? I'm sure that I have enough memory. So i don't know what's the problem. I hope anyone can help me!
