Galaxy S3 won't turn on
I have had my s3 for about almost 3 years. I have never had problems until recently. When trying to use google maps or sometimes the internet, my phone would just shut off. This has been happening more frequently lately. Yesterday, I took the back off and took out the card and put it back it. I removed the battery for about 10 minutes. Now, my phone will not turn on at all. I get the Samsung screen and feel the vibration, but then it just shuts off. I tried clearing the cache and rebooting, but that did nothing. Does anyone know what this could be or how to fix it? Will a factory reset cause me to lose all of my pictures and video?
