S3 memory problems

Has anyone encountered memory issues with the S3. My dads keeps factory resetting, randomly rebooting and entering safe mode. Could it be an insane chip problem that the note 2 suffers from which means a new motherboard??

Hi

If a full factory reset didn't fix it, then there are only three other option, in my opinion.

1. Reflash OEM Software using Odin.
2. Replace battery.
3. Send to service center.
