my galaxy screen is broken and it went black!

the good news is : i have a covered plan, but the bad news I can't format my phone!!
It has lot of my personal information, my family photo, everything!!
now I have only two weeks to return it becus I will receive a new one.
how can I delet everything now when i can't see anything!
is there a way ?:'(

if you have it turned on, can you see or access the files when you plug it in to your computer?

If it is turning on (even showing black screen) Connect your phone with your system and wipe out the entire data from your phone, i guess that's possible. you can check that out. That's the only possible solution you have.
